Best Broccoli Slaw {Recipe}

Unlike traditional coleslaw, this slaw is rich in antioxidants, protein and dietary fiber. It makes a perfect picnic side dish or as a topping for fish tacos and burgers!

Best Broccoli Slaw {Recipe}

Ingredients

  • 1 package broccoli slaw
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. champagne or white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher or sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Combine slaw, bell pepper, onion, jalapeño and cilantro in a medium bowl. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients until well-combined. Pour yogurt mixture into slaw bowl and combine slaw is well-coated. Makes 4 servings.
