Food Allergies

If you or your child has been diagnosed with a life-threatening food allergy, you know how frightening and confusing food allergies can be. Foods that were once safe are now off-limits, and going to the supermarket or a restaurant can seem overwhelming. Rima’s nutrition coaching can help you understand how to manage food allergies in the kitchen and elsewhere and show you how eating with a food allergy can be easy, tasty and healthy.

Food Sensitivities

If your healthy diet is making you sick, you could suffer from food sensitivities or food intolerance. Whether you have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), migraines, fibromyalgia, eczema, fatigue or pain, you may benefit from nutrition coaching focused on a low-FODMAPs diet or a LEAP anti-inflammatory eating pattern.
